Yoga and Mindfulness
In this 6 week beginners course you will be introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This is a vigorous and flowing style of yoga that includes mindful breathing exercises. It improves your strength, flexibility and stamina, while calming the mind. Other benefits include improved energy, vitality and posture.
