Hire the Performance Space

Old and new features combine to create a great atmosphere. This space is ideal for informal meetings, parties, award ceremonies or receptions.

The space can accommodate up to 100 people.

An open stage can be set up. Cushioned removable flooring is available for dancing or performance.

The space is 17m x 10.3m

There are optional floor plans including 'bistro style' with tables and chairs. The basement has its own foyer that can be run as a separate bar or welcome area.

There are back stage facilities including dressing rooms, toilets and a green room.

Lighting is provided by an overhead rig with options for mood and visibility to suit the event.

There is a professional PA that can deliver sound from playback, microphones and live instruments.

A presentation video projector is available to show films via a laptop.

Package options

Full Tech Basement This package includes the dressing rooms and gives full access to the technical facilities. Also included is one technician to support your event.

**We can hire in additional tables and chairs to increase this capacity if required, this cost would be passed on.
